Renite Model 10AX Moto-Spray has been designed and engineered for vertical or horizontal mounting on Die Cast Machines. Extrusion presses, Forging Presses, Forging Machines, etc. One to seven G-20 Atomizers can be affixed to the manifold which can be positioned either in a vertical or horizontal plane.
The Model 10AX Moto-Spray is a self contained unit being mechanically / pneumatically controlled . A 3-way Palm valve is supplied to initiate each cycle. Customer must install electrical actuation and interlock system if so desired.
Customer must design and fabricate the required mounting device to properly position the Moto-Spray unit on machine.
The Model 10AX Moto-Spray incorporates dual speed control, recirculating lubricant supply lines, lubricant shut-off control and quick-change spray cam assembly. If theses features are not desired, specify Model 10A Moto-Spray.
